Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://matchyourvibe.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
All Items are eligible for return, unless specified otherwise on the website, and would be processed if conditions are met.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
To place a request for return/replacement, please ensure you upload images with following guidelines
- Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
- Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
- Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
You will be updated on your Return Status through SMS/email, provided that contact information was provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.
Please note that any shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
- You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.
- Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
- In order for the product to be eligible for an exchange, make sure these conditions are met:
- Original product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
